Our Favorite Vacation.

This is our last vacation of the year (well, almost) and this is our VERY FAVORITE one! Every year we enjoy a week at our home timeshare in Carlsbad. This year the weather was a little strange- mostly cloudy & overcast- about 75 degrees all week. It was a nice change from the scorching heat up here!  We had a BLAST! We went to Legoland, took the Coaster (train) down to the Padres game, got to hang out with some old friends, played at the beach, played at the pool, shopped at the outlets, ate some GREAT food, celebrated James’ 40th birthday, did a crossword puzzle and sudoku every day, and just relaxed!! Here is just a sampling of photos- I took about 1,000 during the week! Yikes!! I’m sure I’ll have more to post later in the week 🙂

Do you see that cute bathing suit she’s wearing?? I found it at the Gap Outlet for $4.00!!!! I think I smiled the rest of the day after that find!! It doesn’t take much to make me happy:)
